Versa won't turn on

Hi,

 

My Fitbit randomly turned off today, was in my pocket at work and had 50% battery left. It’s only 1 week old. Charging or restarting is not working and my app can’t find my Fitbit to sync to... any other suggestions?

Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it you will need to return it to the store you bought it from or contact Support (link in my signature)

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Were you able to turn on your watch?
