Versa has a linear spectrum on screen and not showing time, text or in coming calls.

The first thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. If that doesn't help then it's probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Welcome to the Forums @Nnl and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your Versa display?

Hope to hear from you soon. Cat Happy
