Hi there,
My versa won't power on, I've tried the bottom button and the back button to reset it. that worked then the watch shut down again.
I then tried the 3 buttons and the watch again came on then turned off.
No combination of buttons is making any difference to the unit, I've tried charging it also.
What else is there to try?

I wish I could help...I'm having the same issue and don't have a solution either. I noticed mine was no longer working yesterday evening. Let me know if you are able to figure something out and I'll do the same.
Best AnswerLuckily for me I'm in the EU and I have the 2 year warranty. I chatted with the support team and they're sending me a replacement free of charge.
I'd give the support team a try they may be able to offer you the same (I purchased on May last year).
