My versa won’t show the watch. It jumps between exercise and notifications. The buttons don’t work properly. If I get it back to showing the time at last, it jumps right back to exercise. Tips to what i can do to fix this?

Welcome on board @BeritK, it's nice to see you around! Thanks for reporting your Versa's behavior.

I'd recommend to restart your device by following these steps. If the restart doesn't fix the issue, please try manually reboot your Versa. On your watch, open the Settings app About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown. To turn your watch back on, press the back button.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome. Woman Very Happy

Hello.

Thank you for your help. I tried to reset my versa, but it did not help. It still jumped between notifications and exercise, and would not go back to showing the time. I tried to reset again, but it still didn’t help. I gave up and let it be, and after a while it went back to normal. It has been ok since. Berit

I'm having the same issues as this person.  I've rebooted several times now.  To add to it, because the Versa is continually switching to either the message screen or the fitness app, the battery is running out very quickly.  I charged it this morning and it's already at 22%.  It used to last about 3-4 days.  Please help!

I'm having a VERY similar problem. My versa is jumping between screens, it's not tracking my steps or heart rate, and it's dying extremely quickly. Help!

Hi!
The tip I got was to reset the Versa. (Pressing and holding the bottom right tap and the left tap till the fitbit symbol shows). It didn’t help at first, but after two attempt and letting it rest for a while, it went back to normal.
I’m very happy with my Versa, but it’s no fun when the technology fails.

Good luck with your Versa!

Hi Berit ~ thanks for responding.  I've done that multiple times now.  I even reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone.  The versa is syncing but now I'm not receiving messages.  It doesn't appear to be switching apps like it was before but the battery is draining VERY quickly!!  Have you heard a fix for that issue?

Hi.
Sorry. I think I was lucky since my versa went back to normal after a few restarts and some hours. Have you tried to let the battery die out completely? That was my plan; hoping the versa would get a real restart when I recharged it again after it had been completely dead....

Hello ~ yes, that happens once a day now because the battery drains so
fast. I think it's time I call Fitbit. 😞 Thanks for your help and glad
yours is back to normal.

Because it's being buggy I cannot shut it down by the phone itself.  It won't even let me enter any apps.  How else can I do a shut down?  Thanks
