Versa active hours different than app active hours

So I have left my app open in the background and manually synced several times yet still the app shows nine of 10 active hours while my watch shows 10 of 10 for today. They can't both be right.

I have same problem, had Versa in my pocket while at grocery store.  This seems to happen when it doesn’t sense a heart beat in the hour.
