My fitbit has trouble syncing since I downloaded the Bitmoji app. Also, it is sucking the battery down fast! I have restarted with no solution. I'm at work so I don't have my charger here. ugh!

Hi, I would suggest to install another Clock face, for two reasons:
1. a lot of users have reported problems with this Clock Face
2. there are far more better clock faces, which will work and do not drain your battery, Have f.i. a look at this clock face: the Digital One. It's a superb Clock Face, Allright, you have to pay for it after a trial period of 30 hours, but is's not only a gorgeous face, it's also battery friendly with a size of 16 kB. For that you'll get a very highly customizable face with two screens: the home display, which you can totally adjust to your needs ans when you tap slighly on the home display, you will get a seperate stats screen that's loading much faster that the Today screen does. How to get it: Go to Clock Faces and press All Clocks and type in the search bar "The One Digital" developed by azara. I use that already for a long time and my Versa has a battery life of 6 days. Hope this helps.

I've had similar issues with my Versa and the Bitmoji clock face. It took multiple attempts over 4 hours to install. I thought everything was great until I started missing calls and texts for days on end even though it was syncing properly and notifications were on. Despite all my troubleshooting, I cannot get notifications to work yet my battery is draining faster than usual. Naturally, I tried changing the clock face; which only got me stuck in a "Switching" / "Error" / "Loading" loop for two whole days. As I write this, I have finally been able to switch to a standard FitBit clockface after 1) disconnecting it from my phone, 2) uninstalling FitBit from my phone, 3) putting my Versa in the charging cradle, 4) connecting it to my laptop via USB, then 5) manually syncing it and changing the clock face from the FitBit app on my laptop. The Bitmoji was cute, but not cute enough to justify wasting so many hours of my week.

Hi, you're entirely right. If you want to use a Third Party Clock Face, search for the "The One Digital". Although it's a paid Clock Face, but only after a trial period of 30 hours, I would advice/suggest to install that one. It's highly customizable, is only 16kB great and consists of two screens: the Home display, which you can adjust to your needs, and the stats screen. This screen shows when you slightly press the home screen and it shows up directly, in contrary to the Today screen which takes about 2-3 secs. I use it now for a long time and my Versa's battery lasts 5+ days on one charge. Just an advice.
