My fitbits Versa only has light in one sensor when in contact with the skin.
I assume all 4 should light up on skin contact?

They are all clean. Can no longer detect sleep and slowly react to changing heartbeat.
Is my Fitbit Versa unit defective?

Hi, it's normalthat you see light in only one sensor, it the HR one. If you cannot log your sleep, this might be cause by your slow reacting HR, cause these two need each other to log sleep correctly. Especially the resting HR is important in this case. Restart you Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Maybe that solves your HR problem and hopefully also the sleep logging.
