Over the weekend I was busy and didn't have time to charge my watch, but when I got to work I plugged it into the wall, verified it was charging, and left it alone for several hours because I forgot about it, then I got a notification from Fitbit saying my Versa had a low battery, so I went back to my desk to discover it in fact stopped charging at around even though it was still on the charger. I tried taking it off the charger and resetting it, and still it would not charge. Moved outlets after trying 3 different ones it finally starting charging again and then after about 10 mins it stopped again. So on my way home I plugged it into my car charger to see if would at least charge a little bit more, it got up to 62 percent but now again will not charge. I got the watch in January so I haven't even had it for 6 months, I don't get it wet and I keep it quite clean so this is just ridiculous. It's syncing fine to my iPhone 8plus, in fact that's the only way I found out it wasn't charging.

Hi, normally I would advice the restarting procedure, but as I think it's a harware issue, contact Customer Support and asl for a battery test.

@J93 The first thing support will tell you is to restart your tracker
So please restart before contacting them
