For the past 3 months or so I have been having significant connections issues. so frustrating. I've tried countless troubleshooting measures even to the point of factory resetting both the versa and phone. My Samsung s10+ has no problems connecting with anything else. I love my fitbit when it works. Almost ready to find a different brand sport tracker. So very disappointed.

I also have been having connection problems. Noticed the time started being off. Today I reloaded the app and also did a factory reset to my Versa. Sadly now my app can't find the Versa so I can't finish the reset. I hope someone has a suggestion. Until then I will keep trying.

Since IOS update and second Fitbit update my watch keeps losing Bluetooth connection with my iPhone. I have reinstalled the App twice as well as iPhone and watch. I don’t want to do a factory reset as someone else said the App couldn’t find the Versa afterwards. Is another patch coming soon?

Update on my factory reset. Didn’t resolve anything. The app and Versa still can’t find each other. Finally finished the reset while the Versa was hanging on the antenna of my router. While it was updating the app lost the connection to the Versa and has not found it since. The Versa finished the factory reset but not working right. Still losing time. It is 9:08pm now and Versa says 10:14am. I lose about 5 hours a day. This is affecting all my stats and can’t use the fitbit for anything. Should I just stop wearing it and just use the app? Manual entry for everything loses most of the functions of the Versa.
