Hi,
I have been using Versa since last November and it was working fine. Since last week I have been facing issues with it. It started showing incorrect time and then stopped syncing with my phone (Mi A1). I tried to connect it with Pixel 2xl and iPhone 6 but it didn't work. I tried resetting it and since it didn't work, I ended up doing factor reset and even that didn't help... Now it can't even be used as a faulty watch. Any suggestions, how to solve this issue.

Make sure that only one of the phones have their Bluetooth on while syncing.
A factory reset or removing the tracker will simply add more steps and problems.
After doing either the Versa needs to be removed from the Bluetooth list on both phones.
