Hi all
I’ve just purchased the Fitbit Versa 2 just over a week ago and I’m loving it for my running etc. I was using Runkeeper to track runs before and like that you can connect this to your Fitbit and it keeps logging your runs.
my difficulty is the Fitbit and Runkeeper are syncing completely different statistics which is really frustrating. For example on Wednesday I ran 2.02 miles with an average pace of 8.27 but when the data went over to Runkeeper, Runkeeper recorded 2.02 miles with an average pace of 10.18 which is completely inaccurate the run itself also recorded as taking longer in Runkeeper than in Fitbit.... any tips?
thanks so much!

standard. I get the same, and when I tell that to fitbit I get the run around - been going on for weeks and weeks now with the runaround - Runkeeper gets COMPLETELY different data than Stava does for example.
today, just a short run to try to test after they refused to look into it until my phone and versa were updated again, I got
in the details of the app (eg: tap the exercise icon)
a run at 7;49 - 2.05 miles 14:31 pace 122 ave bpm 47 zone minutes - 29.46 time
but if you go to the home page of the app - under the exercise button it has a summary of today's run
at 7:49 2.05 with a 16:12 pace (!!!) 122 ave bpm and 47 zone minutes Tap on that - and we go to the same inside summary
BUT - Runkeeper gets that 16:12 pace time thing - even though it is wrong. The tech support at runkeeper today tried to tell me BOTH were accurate AGAIN. I am fighting this out. Or - get runkeeper to take the right data. Strava gets the right data - and runkeeper the wrong. It gets me mad - and it is Fitbit's issue - but no one at fitbit tries to fix it
