Versa and pixel 4

My versa won't connect to my phone (pixel4). It connects and then disconnects in a few minutes. I had the same problem with my Samsung s8. No support from customer support team. I have read all the forums and Fitbit links and followed every step. Looks like a lot of people have the same issue but Fitbit has not been of any help. Will be switching to Garmin

Not sure what it is that your having issues with @Sruthi92 

For syncing, the tracker does not need to be connected to the phone. 

Are you have img sync, notification issues, maybe GPS issues. Or weather?

My Fitbit does not sync to my phone at all.
