Versa and pixel pairing

I accidently deleted my versa in my connected devices on my phone. When I try pairing a new device, my phone can't find the versa. I've tried restarting both, turn off and back on Bluetooth and pair new device but it still can't see it. If I delete the versa from the fitbit app I will lose all the data. I only want to do that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Try pairing when your versa is on the charger.

Thanks for the suggesting. I tried that too it didn't work.
