Versa app not showing activities correctly

My app isn’t showing my activity correctly. I worked out for an hour today, but the app only shows 40 minutes... looking back through the week it hasn’t recorded most my activity correct, my watch did.. anyone else having this issue???

Hi @LizG1 What activity is it not recording correctly? Are you using Auto detect, or an exercise shortcut to start and stop the activity? Have you tried restarting the Versa a few times? Restart your tracker

Yesterday and today my watch shows 12 of 12 active hours but my app shows 11 of 12 for yesterday and 10 of 12 for today.

It sounds like you are not asking about recorded activities but about active hours,  is this the case @2DILNZ ? They two starts are unrelated. Somme habe reposted active hours not showing up correctly.

My app and now my Versa has changed my activities for the week. I walked for 5 days, and now it’s showing that I walked in Monday and biked for 100 hours on Tuesday.

Thanks for the reply.  I am talking about my 250 steps each hour.  I have it set for 7 AM to 7PM.  My watch shows I hit my 250 steps per hour for all 12 hours but my app shows I only had 11.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

@LizG1 without knowing what device the App is on, could your overview be related to this known issue?

Activities not updating on iOS app

 

As for anyone hours, this was a recent Android issue and I do not see anything saying that or was resolved,  @2DILNZ
