Hello. i had a phone connected to versa and everything worked fine. now it happened so i did a factory reset on the phone and the fitbit app disappeared. now message versal on screen unlock with your phone. but i can't connect the phone to the watch because it doesn't show the pairing code. but beats unlock with your phone. how can i solve this problem?

This usually happens when the PIN has been entered incorrectly 10 times.
You can resolve it by doing this procedure:
