Versa back button not responding half the time

Hi, I have been using my Versa since last year (lees than one year). However, I’ve noticed recently that the back button is no longer as sensitive as the other two side buttons on the right. More than half the time I have to press it in a certain way before I can get a response. Is the back button spoilt?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're having with the back button on your Fitbit Versa not being as sensitive as the other two buttons. @LiliyaFitbit thanks for the advice! I have tried all three but my the back button is still not working as well. I really have a hard time trying to activate Fitbit Pay nowadays. Is there any other solution?
