My daughters Fitbit versa is one month old and the back/home button has stopped working. I have gone into settings and shut it down then restarted it but it’s still not working. She is devastated. I have also tried turning it off and then on but no luck. She is devastated. How can it be fixed?

Welcome to the Forums @Simmyg11 and @SunsetRunner thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your watch button isn't work, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
