@Ninho It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa band doesn't fit correctly. There is no service center in Singapore but you can let our Support team know about the issue so they can assist you. You will get an email from them.

Let me know how it goes!

@amritamazumdar Welcome! It's great to see you around. Could you elaborate more about your band not fitting? Have you tried anything to place on your device? Please check the instructions in the help article to see if they help guide you. Also could you please share some pictures of the band and the Versa?

I look forward to your reply!

I’m having the same issue with the black silicone band that came with my special edition Versa. The band is too wide and doesn’t fit into the unit. I bought a band from an outside vendor and that fits fine. When I compare the widths, the other vendor’s band is not as wide as the Fitbit one.

We have two Fitbit Versa’s one special addition and one in Black. Can not get the supplied black band to fit  - the strap fit method is the major flaw with what is a great device

I also experienced rubber wrist band not fitting. Upgraded from Fitbit Charge 2 to Versa 2 Premium- thought I was getting top of the line model. But the rubber wrist band is too thick to fit the smart watch. At first I thought it was me, but the woven wrist band easily inserts & removes. I called Fitbit  Support twice, received a run around despite emailing them  a photo as requested. They said they had received a few similar complaints but "not many." ??? The rubber wrist bands are defective & they are the ones I like - the woven band is stiff & scratchy. I feel this should have been easily resolved by Fitbit replacing the wrist bands. I finally returned the Versa 2 to HSN where I purchased it - they were very nice. But a huge disappointment overall.

Has anyone gotten this resolved? Mine doesn’t fit either!

No. No resolution. I returned the Fitbit Versa 2 Premium for a refund. Really poor customer service from Fitbit.com. Could have been easily resolved by sending me replacement rubber wristbands that were not defective. Yet I keep receiving emails with offers to purchase other Fitbits - I will never buy another Fitbit product.

Check this video and do as instructed. Worked for me it's all about the angle you insert the band

Follow along as I show you how to do a Fitbit Versa 2 band change. This includes how to remove Fitbit Versa 2 band and how to replace Fitbit Versa 2 band. These instructions also work for the original Fitbit Versa as well as the Fitbit Versa Lite Edition. Where to buy = ...

The silicone bands that came with mine had ends, the part that inserts into
the watch, that were twice as thick as the fabric band (which could be
easily removed and reinserted). There is no way the silicone bands could
fit.
