Versa won't sync properly

Since Fitbit update 2 weeks ago things have not been the same and just yesterday everything went up in flames  mainly syncing but now things on my main page have disappeared IE steps and sleep.

No not since early AM 522 and it also went down for an hour and 15 min and the time won’t reset
