Hi,
Has anyone else had issues with the Versa bands coming undone and falling off? It been happening since day one, sometimes I will wear it for several hours and then suddenly it falls off, sometimes its only minutes, other times not at all.
At first I thought i just must not have clipped it in properly, but now I'm super careful and check and recheck when I do it up to make sure its all fine and it appears to be. Then next minute it will just come undone. Its only the smaller piece with the metal part that sits at the top of the watch.
I'm worried it will fall off one day and I not even notice.
Thanks

Great to see you on board @kd1699.
Regarding your inquiry, I wear a Blaze and a Versa and I haven't experienced anything like this. Please take a look at the help article How do I change my wristband? and make sure you are placing correctly the wristbands to your Versa.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

Hi
I have definitely checked its on right. I've even got my husband to put it in as well Incase it was me. However if it was put on incorrectly surely it would drop off immediately and not several hours later.

I had this same problem and ended up losing my device. You are right...if it wasn't clipped correctly, it would fall off immediately - not randomly!

I just got my Versa yesterday straight from Fitbit. I noticed immediately that only one side of the band was attached, the sized small piece was loose from the actual Versa. So I got that all set up and good to go. Fast forward to this morning, and the factory installed side of the bands pops loose and falls off. I was barely awake at the time and still in bed so no damage falling, etc. Snapped it back in, tugging on it and seems secure. 4 hours later, it pops loose again! Thankfully I caught it before it hit the tile floor. I had just moved my wrist in a really awkward direction, but I wear the Versa loose enough that I find it hard to believe it popped off from stress to the pin. So I guess I am saying, I feel your pain, and am quite disappointed in the factory quality of the bands with the Versa.
