My versa suddenly stopped tracking 3 miles into a run, with the screen going blank, it had been charged approx 3 hours previously. After recharging, the screen remains blank, although from the App I can see it is tracking heart beat, steps, however the battery is running down quickly (so far 82% down after less than 10 hours)

Hi there, @Jonp21. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

As @MakMak has mentioned, please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

In regards to the battery life, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
