My Versa wont vibrate when I'm getting a phone call and the battery life sucks. I have unsynced the Bluetooth, checked notifications. Everything else goes through just not calls.

Sorry @SunsetRunner in nor aware of whay in sync Bluetooth may be referring to but if your Versa is not showing as a trusted device on the Bluetooth menu you will not see notifications.
You say that the tracker does not vibarate, do you even get notifications displayed on the Versa.
Have you checked you're quick settings by holding in the left button to see if your Versa may be in offs DND mode?

I've tried everything. I've even factory reset it and uninstalled the app. Nothing is working.
