Versa battery drain and connection issues

My fitbit versa is very slow to response and the battery is draining so fast. It keeps reset itself also i couldn't sync with my phone anymore. I tried to do factory reset 3 times but nothing happened.

My versa working when plugged in. When i removed it, it’s showing fitbit logo only and couldn’t do anything with it. Try to reset, factory reset, update everything but still.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that the battery of our Fitbit Versa was designed to last 5 days but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

I did charge from the outlet through the wall. it seem like there is a
battery when i removed, but it was not functioning, it shown only fitbit
logo and if i left it throughout the night it would drained lots of
battery. When i charging it would reset automatically and it would function
like nothing happened. I've been using it not even 2 yrs.
