Versa Lite won't respond - Switching back and forth menu options

My fitbit continues to switch back and forth between the options menu as well as the alarm menu, back to the options menu, and then to the running menu and it's all over the place. It will not respond to any of the swiping I do. I continue to reset it by holding the button down for about 10 seconds. It reboots and then continues to do the same thing. It also tells me the weather function isn't set up and needs the bluetooth to my phone turned on when it is. Is there another way to do a hard factory reset or is there some update that I'm missing that would help? This is the second Versa Lite I've had to replace and it's getting frustrating that these watches don't last longer than a year before it starts bugging out.
