Everything is installed correctly. Bitmoji and Snapchat are connected to my fitbit app. When I go to settings in the clock face, it says disconnected, waiting for connection, and nothing happens. I have tried everything. It was working fine until yesterday.

If so, please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa and when was the first time you experienced this situation to further investigate.
