Hi there.
first time posting.
I received my Fitbit Versa Special Edition yesterday. Was very happy with it. Was all set up and it wasn’t until last night I realised the battery wasn’t lasting. So charged it last night. Put it on early morning about 6. It was charged to 100% then reduced to 37 by 12pm
so I charged it again At 12pm. For 2 hours. Up to 100%. Put it on and disabled all features which affect battery life. By 7pm The battery was completely dead.
does it seem that this Fitbit is a dud? Had any one had any experience with this? I had only just bought it yesterday.
also did you get given a refund or a replacement?
i will contact Fitbit later to tell them my findings and see what happens

This has happened to me over the last 2 months , have to charge it every night . Today won’t turn on at all and the battery if fully charged not sure what is wrong . Just a black screen.

So after I took a battery test.
I turned off and disabled anything that would affect battery life. From being 100% charged. It lasted 5 hours and was completely out of charge. I contacted them back with this information. They said within their 2 year warrenty, I can have a replacement.
but I hadn’t actually bought the product through them. I bought it on amazon so I couldn’t have a refund.
we contacted Amazon and it was very simple. We got given a printable note to stick on the product once I’d boxed it off and awaiting collection for it to be sent back. Then we will receive a refund
