Versa battery drain

Hi

Anyone having problems with battery drain? My battery used to last 3 days minimum, all of a sudden I am having to charge every 2 days. Not changed anything on watch and actually have been doing less exercise, so wouldn't expect it to be running low quicker!

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @Purplepepper Try restarting it several times and see if that helps with the battery life. Life of a battery does decline with age. How old is your Versa?

I've had the same thing happen to me.  I've owned my Versa for almost a year, and suddenly with the last Fitbit update, I now have to charge my Versa twice a day.  I have tried restarting several times over the course of the last week, but I refuse to turn off the heart rate sensor and all of the other features that were the whole reason for buying a Versa.  Does anyone know how long the battery is supposed to last in a Versa before you are forced to buy a brand new one?

I will give the restart a go, only had it about a year, I don't believe for the cost of the watch that this should be happening already!

Also would have thought it would be a slow decline, this has gone from lasting minimum of 3 days to overnight only now lasting 2 days

Oh I've probably "restarted" my Versa 50 times in the last week.

And yes, last Friday it was fine and I went with my normal charging routine and since then, I get less than 24 hours before I need to charge again.  For example, I am sitting in an office and at 7 am I was at 97%.  It is now 2 hours later with minimum activity and I am at 86%.
