Versa battery drain

Hi,

My versa is a year old. Really suddenly it stopped working. I re-charged the battery and restarted it. Seemed fine except heart rate monitor wasn’t working and the battery only lasted for 4hours before it drained from 100%. Any ideas? TIA

I would contact Fitbit customer support (if you have Twitter find them at @FitbitSupport), the sooner the better if it's around a year old. Its warranty may have expired but I would get in touch and have them work with you to resolve it.
