I've had 2 replacement Versas due to one screen failure and the replacement not swiping. This one works fine but the battery drains completely every 12 hours. I've tried resetting and changing clock faces. Haven't set up any alarms and switched off all day sync, even though I prefer it to be on. Any ideas or is it yet another faulty product?

Hi @Beckiejane , restart your Versa 3-4 times in a row untill you see each time the Fitbit logo and then release the buttons, Erik
