Versa battery draining fast after using Bitmoji clock face

I recently loaded the Bitmoji clock face. Is this known to drain the battery really fast? Battery used to last 4-5 days. Now lasts about 1 1/2 days. Earlier today it was at 50%, 5 hours later it was at 15%. Though I really like the bitmoji, if it’s going to drain my battery i’ll go back to a standard watch face.

@Superbabes Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the battery draining issues that your Versa is experiencing after downloading Bitmoji.

We haven't received reports of this issue. However, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. If your tracker's battery is still draining, please try changing the Bitmoji clock face and monitor the battery in order to find out if this is the cause of battery draining.

Thank you for your help @WendyB!

Keep me posted! 😀

Sounds very similar to what happened to mine and the only thing I can think of is the Bitmoji watch face! Will try it back on the original face but pretty poor if it drains the battery at that rate!

Yep, just happened again. Charged it 2 days ago. Was at 52% this morning, down to 22% now. Switching back to boring clock face.

I switched back on Wednesday and currently just above 50%... so definitely an issue with that watch face. Boring one it is

I too had the same problem with battery drain after downloading the Bitmoji clock. Before, I would get 4-5 days of use on a single charge. After, no more than a day & a half. Even after switching back to the Layers & Light clicks by Fitbit & two factory resets, my battery life had not recovered. I still have to charge my Fitbit Versa daily. I can only relate it to the Bitmoji clock install as usage pattern has remained the same. Only original apps are installed.
