Versa battery draining fast

Hi,

 

I bought fitbit versa last year in June. It has been working perfectly fine up until yesterday that my battery is draining very fast. The battery will be 100 percent in morning, by evening it will be on 50 percent and by midnight the watch will shut it self.

Any assistance on the same?

Hi @MaryaQ  Have you tried restarting several times? Come back here if that doesnt help.

was unable to restart it, however i tried to shut it down and started it again.

Also, i tried to restart it by holding the top two buttons, it wont restart.

You restart by holding the BOTTOM two buttons left button and bottom right button. Is this what you have tried?

 

Also try a factory Reset (settings app on the watch amd scroll down to About)

The issue didnt get resolved. 

The watch didnt even last 1 year.
