Hi I have a Versa lite only 2 months old. It worked great for the past 2 months until last week. I was getting 4 to 5 days out of a charge. Now this past week I'm not even getting 24 hrs. I tried all the tips and shut down all aps. I even tries a factory reset. Still no luck. I noticed today while charging. It was saying it was at 38% on my home page but when I cliked on the icon to to versa lite page it said my battery was fully charged. Anyone else having this issue. Is it my battery dead after only 2 months.

@Tammyfahey29 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its battery is not lasting as long as it should. I appreciate the time spent trying the tips to save battery life before contacting our forums.
Before I proceed accordingly, I'd like to know if you also tried all the tips listed in this help article. This article also contains tips that you mentioned above but you can skip them and proceed with the rest that haven't been performed.
