Versa battery draining

I tried the reset and it did not help, I only have 1 alarm and have turned off reminders to move, I don't have any music on it either.

My Versa is having the same issues, so I understand. I would do a live chat with Customer Service to get it cleared up, because they have a 1 year warranty on it, so if you have had for less than 45 days you can get a refund. Or if you have had it for more, you can get a replacement Versa.
