Sleep is reporting same numbers every night

My new Versa is reporting the same numbers for sleep for the past two weeks.  I have tried restarting the Versa but still the same exact numbers, including the details of each sleep stage.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

@flblueeyes71 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's reporting the same numbers for sleep. By the way, thank you for for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like to know if you are seeing the sleep records through the Fitbit app or through the online Dashboard. If it's through the app, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

Actually, nothing has sync'd - figured it out, it's my new phone that apparently isn't compatible, which there are numerous complaints dating back to August about it not being compatible with LG ThinQ phones, which are not new to the market.  It appears that the last LG phone that is on the compatible list is from 2014, because we all know that phones last that long (*insert sarcasm here).  I am angry that I have this $200 paperweight on my wrist and Fitbit doesn't care that it is not compatible with the latest phones.
Thanks for your reply, though.  I liked the Versa but it is virtually useless to me, now.

@flblueeyes71 I'm sorry about the experience you've had since the phone you own is not in the compatible list.

I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

Please check out this help article, under the subject "How do I create a Fitbit account and connect my device?". This explains that you can connect your Versa to a computer.

Please let me know if you have any question regarding this option.

Unfortunately, that still doesn't fix the problem. It is supposed to be a smart watch and provide notifications of incoming texts/phone calls.  Setting it up on a computer defeats one of the purposes of having a smart watch.
Thanks.
