It's happening recently, my Versa's battery is draining so I should charge it every night.
Once I sleep with fully-charged Versa then I see 50% in the morning. I already googled some threads and did the suggestion from some people --- turned off all-day sync, deleted alarm, etc. I can see only 10% of battery was used in the last 2 hours so it's kind of working for me, but back then I USED THIS 5 DAYS ONCE I CHARGED TO 100%!
Did Fitbit have firmware update? Is it only me suffering from this? How should I fix this situation?
I don't want to turn off everything and it doesn't make sense that I can't fully utilize my Versa because of the battery issue. Please need someone's help!

Okay, my Versa is now stable and working same just like before - but I'm not sure what factor actually gave effects to make this work again so let me write everything I've tried.
1. Reset the Versa: From device setting - device information - reset
2. Firmware upgrade to the latest version: 33.1.30
With this, it's 68% left after using 2 days. So please try this out before you change your smartwatch. 😛

Same thing is happening to me.
Already doing all of what is listed in the article. My Versa used to last up to four + days. Now, I am lucky to get it to last 24 hours! I've gone as far as turning all notifications off, stopping all day sync, turned off display when turning wrist and changed my clock to a basic clock without animation. I never use for music or any apps. Still lucky to get 24 hours battery life. Reads that it is on version 32.70.7.14
Is there a problem with this version?

I've recently been having this same problem and the only thing I have turned on is a couple alarms. Did all the updates in the article, no notifications, no all day sync, no display on movement, a non-animated clock screen, and don't use it for music. I only sync once a day then turn my Bluetooth back off completely.
I put it on at 21:24 last night before going to sleep and it was at 100%.
Currently 11:46 and already down to 22%. Drained 78% in 14 hours and 22 minutes when it was giving me 5-4 days a month ago when I got it.
This started about a week ago. I've had it die on me a few times recently both during the day or at night when i was sleeping.

I ended up doing a factory reset. Took FOREVER, like HOURS to install the update this time and still the batter doesn't even last a full 24 hours.

Battery continues to be awful. Have tried all other fixes. Turned off all day sync, dimmed watch face, etc.

That didn't work for me. I have no option to upgrade the firmware (I am in the 32.70.7.14) and I tried EVERYTHING: factory reset, tuning the settings... I cannot understand what happened as I have done no changes to the clock.
What shall I do? Any idea? Having a clock that discharges every 18h is not acceptable. Please help.
Thanks!
Oscar.

Yeah. It basically means I don’t even get to use the watch. It needs charging so frequently that it’s something that I need to constantly be conscious of.
I’m finally at the point where it just sits on the charger, charged. Or sits on my wrist, dead. For days at a time.
Cleaning the back of the watch seems like it did—something. But it didn’t get me to a watch that can make it a day without a charge. So—that’s all I have.

Hi Sophie,
Thanks for sharing your tips! A qq, how did you download the firmware version 33.1.30? I was only able to install version 32.70.7.14. Not sure if it's a geographic location issue. I am in Germany.
Any response is welcomed!

Luis

Versa not staying charged!
I charge every night, don't wear it to bed. Rarely under 80% when I put it on to charge.
Went down to 4% yesterday, so I charged it for about 8 hours. Only charged to 93%.
Put it on my wrist this morning at 6:30 am, at 93%.
Now at 10:15 am, it's down to 42%.
Is my Versa dying????

Try the following:
* Reset your watch (in the settings);
* Upgrade to the latest firmware;
* Use it again :).
This is what I had done and so far so good. Battery now last 3 days!!
All the best and stay @safe!!!
