Versa battery draining

I received my versa as a gift less than 5 months ago. About a month ago the battery started draining fast and would only last 24 hours. I performed all the suggestions on fitbit community and nothing worked so I contacted fitbit through chat. David sent me more suggestions via email. I followed all suggestions to no avail and sent numerous (4) emails with no response. I then called customer service and I was on the phone for 25 minutes explaining my problem and was told my versa was already replaced so they cannot replace again. I explained the replaced versa was my husbands fitbit (his lasted only 2 months and would not charge or turn on) I gave my husbands email and it was realized this was true. I sent my info via email to receive a replacement and I then got an email stating I will not get a replacement because my versa has already been replaced. I responded to email and have not heard anything. The time I have spent trying to replace my defective versa has made me so angry and I suggest no one purchase a fitbit.

Yes it took many phone calls and chats from April 30th till about 2 weeks ago. Fitbit finally agreed I had a problem and sent me a replacement. Thank you!
