Hi,
Family of 3, all wearing a Versa (bought November 2018).
One of the Versas is not reliably syncing sleep and the issue started right at the 13 months mark. It started 3 weeks ago and sleep was either not recorded at all or only partly recorded (I.e. stopped after 2 hours) on 4 nights now.
Fitbit customer service is not helpful, never looking into the Versa being the issue but advising on app updates, iOS updates, changing to non-dominant hand (which is where I’m wearing my Versa anyway). I can’t count how often I have now restarted my Versa, updated apps etc.
if the app version would be the problem, then why would all other data sync except sleep?
if the app version would be the problem, why do the other two Fitbits sync without problems with iPads and iPhones that have older versions of the app?
Anybody else having this problem? Anybody having a solution?

Hi
I'm having the exact same problems
My new versa 2 is now not recording sleep at all at first it recorded 52 minutes even though I slept at least 5 hrs now it's completely stopped recording at for the past 3 nights zero
I've tried everything resetting it factory resetting it I've unpaired it etc.
Everything else works heart rate active minutes and steps just will not give sleep results
It's so frustrating one of the main reasons I upgraded from my ionic to the versa 2 was the promise of more accurate sleep data
Sorry I can't be of more help but you're not the only person experiencing this

I am having the same problem. I bought the Versa 2 specifically for better sleep tracking. I am so frustrated!

I'm new to Fitbit, having mine for 4 months. I'm disappointed in it. It doesn't record my sleep times correctly. I'm using the Android app. I wish I could return it to the store.
