Versa battery draining

Hi, I have a fitbit versa. Last night I charged it for a couple of hours and I assume it was 100%. I wore it to bed and when I woke up the battery was only about 35%. This dropped within half an hour to 25%. I charged it a bit quickly before work at 8.30am it was 38%. It died at 12.30pm. This hasn’t been a problem before. Do you have any tips?

I restarted my watch and couldn’t get it to turn back on. I found some dirt lodged in the buttons, once it was clean it turned back on.

battery is still a problem, it lost power overnight so my alarm didn’t go off. Thank God I don’t have work today.

this is a new problem, it was fine 2 days ago. Not impressed by fitbits response. I’ve tried twitter, email and here an no response whatsoever. This is an expensive watch that is now unusable.

Fitbit used to have the best customer service and have replaced faulty watches in the past. What’s happened?

I'm also having battery issues since the last firmware update - I used to be able to charge it once a week. I charged it last night and this morning it's already down to 67%.
