My Versa 2 battery has started dying every 8 hours or so. I haven’t made any changes to the clock face or anything else recently. It has all the same settings from when I set it up a year ago when I got it. I charged it last night and it is already dead. I have tried restarting it but doesn’t seem to have made a difference. Any other suggestions?

Hi @Willowintherain, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the battery is draining fast. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. It contains tips that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.

I went through and made all the recommended changes and charged my versa last night it is now noon and already at 50%. Doesn’t seem like it worked.
