Heya!
My battery is draining super quickly. I charged it fully yesterday and today it’s almost empty. I have auto wake and sync turned off. Not sure why this is happened suddenly but it’s really a pain to charge it every day.
The same thing happened to my sister, after a month of having it and you guys replaced it - thought I was one of the lucky ones, but now it seems to be happening to mine 😕

Same thing wih mine… got it in June as a gift, and I have to charge it daily? It says its supposed to last 4 days…. Not!

Same here (though I have Versa Lite) My device is older but this has been happening for about a month. My device has gone through all of the updates (app update, firmware update) and none of it helped. I turned off the face, all notifications, heart rate tracking and still won’t hold charge for an entire day. I have gone through all the testing and other tips I can find on help forums but nothing has fixed it. Today I put it on after fully charging, wore it all day and logged 46 steps, so seems like the issues are compounding. I’m wondering if all of the new updates essentially made my device obsolete (without informing me it would happen). I’m bummed.

Same here . I'm not getting one day charge with 100 % 😔. I'm fed-up of charging morning and evening twice a day . Before i use to get 4 days . Now not even a single day 💔

I got a replacement last Saturday as my original Versa 2 stopped working. I did an update straight away and noticed the battery didn’t even last the day. I charged it again last night around 10pm and got a notification at 5am that my battery was low and to put it on charge. The charge lasted 7 hours and I wasn’t even wearing it in bed. Not happy 😕
