Got my Fitbit versa In September last year as birthday present. Used it to go swimming for first time a week ago. checked screen after two lengths And was blank. Have tried putting in rice drying out on towel on radiator, factory re set and still nothing. Had been fine up to going for a swim. Hadn’t been swimming previously as pool only just opened. Think it was bought from amazon . Is it best to go back to them? Sounds a nightmare to get anywhere with Fitbit!

That happened to me too, I've had mine for 2 years and I had foot surgery so I went to water Zumba class just 3" times my screen went dark won't turn on

Hi! I'm having a similar issue. I wore my Versa in the pool to do laps and after a few minutes the screen went blank. After that, my watch would lose its charge within a few hours or turn off sporadically. This morning the touch screen function was no longer working, even after restarting it. I tried to do a hard reset but it turned completely off and I haven't been able to turn it back on. I've charged it all day and still no luck.

I sent my fitbit watch in on 7/23/21 and I've yet to see that they've received it? I have been tracking it and its crazy it goes to Arizona, back to California and back to towns in California just back and forth to cities. It doesn't make any sense, they should have received it by now it;s 8/15/21!

Good Morning
My Versa was working very well until I went swimming with it on. Next thing I know, the watch would not swipe. Was unable to adjust the brightness. And the battery on that watch could not hold a charge. I ended up getting a new Fitbit Sense. I wish I knew what I know now, I would not have gone swimming with that watch. You guys should do a recall on that watch and tell the consumer not to swim with that watch!
