Recently I have noticed that my battery is lasting less and less: it was lasting 72 hours, then 48, now it is around 36 hours or less.
I cleaned the back of it and it started lasting longer, but now it has again gone back to 12/24/36 hours.
I hope someone can help me (I LOVE MY FITBIT!).

Hi there, @CarolynBowness. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Keep in mind that your Versa was designed to last 6+ days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your watch. Said that, I recommend charging your Fitbit watch with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above suggestion, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. Additionally, please make sure that your Versa is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
If none of the above seems to help, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
We hope your issue is solved soon.

I am still working on trying to make my battery last longer. I have begun charging it on my computer. I have turned off some features, maybe not enough? Nothing has changed so far but I'll keep working on it.
