Versa battery is draining within hours

My Versa battery usually lasted a few days. Now, I’m barely getting 12 hours. Charged to 100%, it’s down to 50% within 2 hours. 

I’ve only got a Fitbit clock face and I’ve turned off all notifications - it’s just acting as a watch on my wrist. I’ve tried a soft reset and there are no updates waiting. Its coming up to 4 years old but this has only just started happening. Any suggestions.

hi, I have checked through that list. Since taking it off charge this morning, it has dropped 10% in 15 minutes. I’ve also noticed it’s stopped tracking my heart rate for the last couple of weeks and there is no green light coming on on the back. I followed advice on cleaning the sensors, but still not. 
Next steps ?
