I recently did the firmware update on my 19 month old versa and my battery lasts only for a couple hours. I’ve tried all the tips I.e turning of notifications, all day sync using a Fitbit clock face etc. they don’t seem to work. When I reached out to tech support they sent me a discount code and asked me to purchase a new device. My issue is being ignored and support only seems to be concerned with getting me to buy a new device. Disappointed

@Sarag73 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the battery issue that your Versa experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
