Versa battery issues

I have had my fitbit versa since July 2018 and I have loved it.  Yesterday, my fitbit cut off even though it had 26% battery life.  I put it back on the charger and it started back up immediately(I usually only have to charge the battery about once a week).  When I got up this morning, my fitbit was working and then it cut off again and I tried pressing the left and bottom buttons and it rebooted, but didn't stay running but about 5 minutes and now it won't start back at all.  Help please.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Finally, try the tips shared in this help page. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.

Thank you for the information. I have tried all of these things with
no success. When my versa is on the charger it shows it charging to 100%.
I have left it on the charger for 3 or 4 hours and it shows it is charged
to 100%, but as soon as I take it off the charger, the screen goes black
and there is nothing. I have tried holding down the left and bottom
buttons, and it shows my battery is at 0% directly after taking it off the
charger and it tells me that it has 100%. I love my versa, but I need
something done.

Hi.

From last week my Versa battery life reduced to half without changing nothing in my habits, I used the same charger I'm doing the same things but I barely have 2 days of battery. In the second day after charging my device I find it turned off without any power.

Please help
