Fibit versa screen stuck on Logo

my battery was at Zero percent.  Charged itbehen I arrived home, now it's only shows the Fitbit logo. I have held the side buttons 10 seconds, it goes away for a second and comes right back.  What can I do to fix this and get my screen back to working?

@FitPatti it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the display issue that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
