New Versa 2 setup

Just got my Versa 2.   When I try to set up and just goes back to beginning.  Wont recognize it?????

Can you try uninstalling the Fitbit app on your phone and reinstalling it, then try the set up process again.

This happened to me also.  I had to simply update the fitbit app, it appeared it required an update.

 

When I searched for the fitbit app using the android Play Store app I found that an update was available, installed it, and then the setup worked fine.   .... good luck
