I am having an issue with my Versa battery. I received my Versa on December 30, 2019, as a gift from my children. My husband also received a Versa. His watch would not charge at all after 2 months. Customer Service sent a new watch. Now 4 months after receiving my watch, it does not hold a charge longer than 24 hours. I did everything asked to remedy this problem on my own but nothing worked. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard back from FitBit customer service. I have to assume everyone has a problem with the Versa style watch related to battery. It is very frustrating as this item is very expensive to last only a short time. I am very unhappy with this product.
