My versa is just 1 yr old. It shows 99% charge when plugged in a charger and also syncs with the phone app, but as soon as it is plugged out from the charger it goes blank.
This problem happened suddenly 6 days ago. I have tried to update, factory reset and restart the device but the status is the same. Please help

Hi,
I have restarted the versa with option in setting (in settings when i touch "about" it gives an option to restart. The device restarts while it is plugged in the charger.
However as soon as i pull it out of the charger to press the hard button to restart, it goes black and does not respond
Even after the restart with the soft button the issue is same
