Hi, my versa lite has suddenly stopped working. I thought it needed charging but it is fully charged according to my fitbit phone app. Not sure what to do now

Check in the Fitbit App when it last synced, The battery level will be as of that time.
So it could be its just flat and/or not charging.
It should have flashing lights on the back if its charged, switched on and working

I have no flashing lights on the back

And I was last synced at 11am yesterday with a full battery

Try holding the left button for upto 8 seconds, until it vibrates or the logo appears.
If it doesn't then charge it again, especially if you have an iPhone, as it could be flat by now.
